About Anne
As a Spanish tutor with 10+ years of experience, I have dedicated my career to helping High School and College students become confident language learners through personalised instruction. I believe successful teaching begins with understanding each student's goals and creating lessons that inspire confidence, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
My classes include grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, speaking, listening, and conversational Spanish. I teach using clear explanations, practical activities, interactive discussions, and real-life examples that encourage students to communicate naturally. Every lesson is designed to improve both academic performance and everyday communication.
A unique feature of my teaching is my ability to adapt quickly to different learning needs. I carefully monitor each student's progress and modify lesson plans whenever necessary so learning remains effective and enjoyable. I provide constructive feedback that helps students recognise achievements while working towards new goals.
I also believe learning a language includes understanding its culture. My lessons introduce students to traditions, celebrations, customs, and authentic expressions from Spanish-speaking communities, making the learning experience richer and more meaningful.

My Spanish teaching methodology focuses on motivation, communication, creativity, and time management to help students learn effectively. I motivate students by understanding their goals, giving encouragement, and celebrating progress to boost confidence. Communication is at the heart of my approach; I help students practise speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in practical, real-life situations.
Creativity is incorporated through storytelling, role-plays, games, and visual aids to make lessons engaging and memorable. Time management ensures that lessons are structured, balanced, and productive, covering grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation practice efficiently.
I also guide students on organising their study and practice outside class for consistent improvement. Along with Spanish, I can teach related subjects such as grammar fundamentals, pronunciation techniques, and language learning strategies. My aim is to make Spanish learning structured, enjoyable, and confidence-building.
