About Quinn
Bonjour! I’m a French tutor with more than 3 years of experience helping high school and university students feel confident with both the French language and its rich political and historical context. I hold a BA in French with a concentration in Business and Diplomacy, which sparked my fascination with how language shapes politics, ideas, and revolutions. My tutoring style is creative, interactive, and focused on making difficult material feel approachable.
Many students struggle when French history and political science introduce dense terminology and complex systems. I understand that challenge well. I specialize in breaking down major historical events, political structures, and academic vocabulary into simple, logical explanations. Instead of memorizing confusing details, my students learn how the pieces actually connect.
Writing is another key part of my tutoring approach. I help students develop clear arguments, stronger essays, and more expressive academic writing in French.
