About Masham
Hi! I’m Masham, a Software Engineer at Microsoft based in Brisbane, Australia. Previously, I interned at Amazon and Atlassian and have experience working across backend, frontend, mobile, cloud, and machine learning projects. I graduated from The University of Queensland, where I also worked as a tutor for courses in Theory of Computing and Pattern Recognition & Analysis.
For many years, I’ve volunteered my time to help students and early-career software engineers with resumes, interview preparation, internship applications, and career guidance. What started as informal mentoring through university societies, tutoring, leadership roles, and LinkedIn has grown into supporting dozens of aspiring engineers as they navigate the path into the tech industry.
I’ve spent hundreds of hours reviewing resumes, running mock interviews, answering career questions, and helping people build confidence throughout the application process. Many of the people I’ve worked with have gone on to secure internships and graduate roles at startups, Australian technology companies, and global organizations.
As someone who has navigated the recruitment processes for companies including Microsoft, Amazon, and Atlassian, I understand how challenging and competitive the journey into tech can feel. My goal is to provide practical, honest, and personalized advice that helps people identify their strengths, improve their applications, and perform at their best in interviews. Whether you’re applying for your first internship, preparing for graduate roles, or looking for guidance on your next career step, I’d be happy to help.
