About George
I started swimming competitively when I was 7 years old, swam in high school and college, and also played water polo. I started coaching in 1998 and started coaching Paraswimming in 2011. Became the resident coach for the US Paralympic Swim Team in 2022 and was a coach on staff for the Paris Paralympic Games in 2024.

I am technique oriented in my coaching and workouts usually consist of stroke development sets before main sets. I have been a head coach of club teams, head coach of all-star teams, and was the resident coach for the US Paralympic Swim Team at the Olympic and Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.
