With a multidisciplinary background combining Sports Science, Psychology, and Coaching, I bring both academic depth and practical, hands-on experience. I have worked extensively with professionals competing at elite levels, focusing on mental resilience, performance optimisation, and long-term athlete development.
Alongside this, I have coached over 200 swimming students in London, from babies to adults, which has strengthened my ability to adapt communication, build trust, and support development across all age groups particularly in youth and early stage athlete pathways.
My academic journey includes a Master’s degree in Sports Psychology and Sociology and ongoing doctoral research exploring sport through a broader scientific and historical lens. This foundation allows me to approach athlete performance not only physically, but cognitively and emotionally.
What differentiates me is my ability to combine science with human connection. My background in performance arts enhances my communication style, presence, and emotional intelligence—skills I use to connect with athletes, motivate them, and help them perform under pressure.
