About Rhys
I aim to build students' confidence and skills so they can better enjoy swimming and make progress with their goals.
I will plan sessions that reflect the needs, capabilities and targets of the students. Sessions will incorporate swimming aspects of Balance, Leg Action, Arm Action, Breathing and Timing - BLABT.
Can take Children and Juniors through key stages linked to any programme they are following, such as ASA Learn To Swim, for example.
Happy teaching children and adults with disabilities and those with particular communication needs and can adapt the lessons to suit their level and needs.
I have also worked with competitive swimmers who need particular support with the fundamentals of swimming
I am currently working with two Triathlon Clubs providing swimming sessions that focus on technique with the aim of improving their capabilities so they can swim more effectively.

ASA Qualified Level 1 & 2 with 10 years' experience.
Sessions are fun and use BLABT - Balance Leg Action Arm Action Breathing and Timing - and can be 30, 45 or 60 minutes' duration or longer on request. Happy to work with individuals or small groups up to 6 for under 18s and a maximum of 10 for adults.
