About Lillian
I scored a 1560 on my own SAT and earned perfect 800s on the SAT Math Level 2 and Physics Subject Tests (offered by College Board at the time). I graduated high school with a 4.7/5 weighted GPA and went on to earn my Computer Science degree from Cornell University’s College of Engineering with a concentration in Economics. My academic background allows me to teach the SAT empathy, depth, and clarity.

My Approach
Before we meet, I review a recent practice test or assign a diagnostic. Your first lesson is complimentary. During that session, I identify whether mistakes are due to concept gaps or silly mistakes. I then learn your student’s goal score, test dates, and weekly availability to create a customized study plan. Parents receive weekly progress updates outlining strengths, areas of focus, and next steps. Personalized Pacing &
Homework
Homework is assigned based on student preference and capacity. New concepts may take time at first, and my goal is to steadily build both accuracy and speed so students recognize problem types quickly and solve them efficiently.
Teaching Style
I meet students where they are academically and emotionally. I prioritize clarity, confidence, and stress management so students feel supported, capable, and prepared on test day.
