About Sara

I am a certified yoga instructor of 500Hr certificate. I studied in India with incredible yogi's and teachers that helped me expand my knowledge and deep understanding of yogic ways. I have trained in breath techniques ( pranayama), meditation, Hatha, yin and vinyasa yoga asanas. I am passionate and I want to help share the magic of yoga with as many people as I can.

I create classes that incorporate breath and body movement. I believe that our bodies need movement and our minds need stillness. So with present moment awareness and movement with breath I allow people to live the moment and become in tune with their bodies.
