About Sarita
I work as a voluntary free help for the Blind. Also teaching English, online for exams, spoken English, Business English, etc.
Teach Indian classical dance form of Bharatanatyam, as well.
Am a certified counselor who took up this to help out my students as well as other clients or non-students of mine, as well. Taking private fully confidential sessions for this.

This is a great way to recharge oneself, feel rejuvenated and refreshed...
Dance therapy is proven to be beneficial for all ages groups
It is healing, good for brain (mind) body coordination
Helps in prevention of dementia, alzheimers, memory improvement, improves stamina, has feel good endorphins released from hormones that lend a good start to the day or end it well.
As it is online, you can choose a time suited for this that can be done when you are available for it.
Private one to one sessions means individual attention is possible too.
