My name is Dima, and I am a Business Management bachelor graduate with a strong focus on Human Resources. My teaching approach is practical, structured, and tailored to each learner’s needs. I believe that learning HR should combine theory with real-world application, so my lessons focus on clarity, relevance, and confidence building.
Teaching Method and Techniques
I use interactive explanations, real HR scenarios, and simplified frameworks to make concepts easy to understand. Lessons are adapted to the student’s level and goals, whether academic or professional. I emphasize discussion, examples from real workplaces, and practical exercises to ensure strong understanding and retention.
Typical Lesson Plan
Each lesson begins with a brief review of key concepts, followed by a focused explanation of the topic (such as recruitment, performance management, or HR fundamentals). Practical examples, case studies, or CV reviews are then used to apply the knowledge. Lessons end with clear takeaways and optional practice or improvement tips.
What Sets Me Apart
What sets me apart is my background in business and HR combined with hands-on experience in recruitment and CV screening. I teach from a recruiter’s perspective, helping learners understand what employers actually look for. I also provide clear, actionable CV tips that help students and professionals present their skills effectively.
Who the Lessons Are For
My lessons are suitable for all ages and levels, including students studying business or HR, fresh graduates, and professionals looking to improve their HR knowledge or CV quality. Classes are ideal for beginners as well as those seeking practical guidance for career development.
