About Taylor
I am a self-taught personal trainer and proud mother of two amazing kids, both born via C-section. A few years ago, I made the decision to take control of my health. I lost 62 lbs, built lean muscle, and completely transformed my mindset and body — all through consistency, self-education, and hard work. Because I’ve lived through the journey myself, I understand the physical and emotional challenges that come with weight loss, postpartum recovery, and building strength from the ground up. My goal is to help others — especially women and busy parents — feel empowered in their bodies, strong, and confident again. I’m not here to push perfection. I’m here to help you take real, achievable steps toward your goals with practical workouts, motivation, and support that fits into your life.
