About Aasia
I used to weigh 350 pounds and lost 100 within a year with diet and exercise. I have managed to keep that weight off while working full time as a chef and being a parent. I grew a passion for fitness during this time and would love to help others. Because of this passion I have gone to school to become a personal trainer and continue assisting people personally.
