About Suseelan
My teaching is based on assessing the proficiency of a student first. I conduct a simple written grammar test, a reading, and a comprehension test. Basis the result of the test I assess the weak areas of the student and schedule my teaching/training. I maintain a free and friendly atmosphere while teaching.
I also hold discussions on the current general social scenario. The pros and cons, just to inculcate confidence to speak on any platform.

On the academic front, I have students who have been school toppers. My approach is to ensure that the lesson is narrated in such a way that students can easily write the lesson on their own, in simple English. I focus on strengthening a student's grammar and vocabulary. I also provide notes for each lesson.
I also am a Spoken and Communicative English Trainer. I have been in this field for the last 8 years.
I train students/housewives/employed as well as job seekers.
Currently, I am training employees of an IT Company, based in Delhi.
I speak, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi other than English.

Details
The fee is kept at Rs.300/hr to start with. For a deserving student from a financially weak background, I will discount my hourly rates. This can be decided at the end of one month.
