About Okechukwu
I currently teach English Language Arts to middle school students in New York City, many of whom have won scholarship awards to prestigious schools like Regis High School, Phillips Exeter Academy, and Bronx Science and Mathematics High School. I have taught English for several years and to students of various nationalities.

My lessons focus on sharpening your reading, inference, and writing skills. When you study with me, you will be exposed to a variety of literary texts that will call your attention to grammatical rules, writers' crafts, text structures, and structured writing. On your part, you will forge your own writing voice as you practice short and extended response prompts.
