About Sean
I am an education-focused professional with experience
in special education, elementary instruction, Tier 2
intervention, and youth leadership. Through my work, I
have supported students in all classroom settings and
have completed long-term assignments in kindergarten
and K-5 intervention. My background as a camp director
has strengthened my leadership, communication, safety
planning, conflict resolution, and ability to build positive
relationships with staff and children. I bring a calm and
consistent approach to working with students and believe
that strong relationships help students feel safe,
understood, and ready to learn.
