About Abigail
I'm Abigail Mitchell and I graduated from a Division 2 university, Cal State East Bay, all 4 years in collegiate swimming. I have been swimming since a little girl and I have loved it ever since. I love to teach others how to swim, whether it comes to safety and/or techniques. No matter the age or skill, there's always something about swimming you can evolve. It's a great skill to have, and I want my students to be at their best.

Based on your age and capability, I go through an assessment on what they can do. It first starts with the basics, if they can float, breathe in/out of water. I have a lesson plan learning the basics when it comes to the swim strokes. I make sure it is absolute perfection until we move to the next level.
