About Laura
Yoga has been my life for 11 years. The practice has helped my life immensely. I qualified for my YTT 200 hours in Rishikesh India in 2019 and have completed more training since.
My passion is to guild others to their own Unique flow state using the tool of yoga.

Group classes are structured by warming up to a peak pose that we will work on for a 4 week period. 121 classes are fit for individual needs and goals.
My classes are outdoors in my own garden until October and on zoom all year round.
First class is free.
