I am Katrina and yoga is a way of life for me now. I teach yoga because I love the practise but also becauseI love it so much,I want to share it with anyone who is interested in learning and practising. I feel it’s my purpose to share, educate and teach others how to find their presence and live their very own truth in life. I started my journey towards that through the practise of yoga.

my classes are a modern approach to the yoga system… with a functional approach to Asana whilst honouring the traditions of the yoga practise. It’s an active practise and you will cultivate, strength, mobility and flexibility with an emphasis on mindfulness and using breath control and awareness every step of the way
