About Sujoy


I am in the Heath education field. I teach Yoga, Pilates, PiYo, Barre, and Arial yoga . I have been teaching Yoga for 19 Years. I have been Teaching Pilates for 11 years, PiYo for 7 years, subbing Barre for two years.
I have an understanding of diverse clientele. We all come in different shapes sizes and abilities. I teach at different levels from beginners to advance.
