I am medical student [ BNYS] . I achieved international medals and I won national medals. I learned ashtanga yoga since 10 years and I teach yoga from 2018. I practiced to teach yoga for the patients and well persons. and I give consultancy also.

The teaching method will be in different manner. And I give a live demonstration to the students. And I practiced and teach advanced level. I teach yoga in the easy way and I teach ashtanga yoga, kriya yoga and vinyasa yoga. The practical class in 45 minutes and theory part for 15 minutes. Theory class based upon our lifestyles and diet.. 1 week = 5 classes 1 month = 20 classes Class based on children for beginners, advanced practitioners, meditation etc..
