Dear future students, whether you’re a young learner in grades 1–5 or someone looking to improve your health and fitness — you’re in the right place! My classes are designed to make learning joyful and transformation achievable. For children, I use creative and friendly methods to build strong academic foundations. For fitness and nutrition learners, I offer practical, goal-based coaching to help you gain strength, lose fat, and feel confident in your body.
