About Felipe
I have always practiced sports and physical activities, and I have always enjoyed helping those who wanted to practice the same activity. I had many patient teachers who always made me feel free to ask questions, and I try to be that way in my personal and professional life. With a lot of listening to the other and a lot of sharing ideas and ways of seeing things. The use of words of encouragement and visualization of a promising future are tools that I use a lot, as they have always encouraged me to continue and trust in the development processes. Conheci o Felipe na Arena da Ataboeira dando aulas de futevolei. No meu primeiro visionamento verifiquei que o Felipe transmite muito conhecimento dos fundamentos técnicos aliados a uma motivação psicológica muito pratica e efectiva aos seus atletas. O Felipe a meu ver é uma enorme mais valia para o desenvolvimento dos atletas aqui da cidade de Albufeira.
