About Bob
I have been a teacher/tutor for over 20 years, for 15 of these I have be training the trainer.
I had 100% student pass rate on the Microsoft Certified Trainer Programme.
Working for Hertfordshire Adult and Family Learning, 14/16 teachers who participated in the coaching program improved by at least one Ofsted grade.
I have excellent and extensive lesson observation experience, including training other observers to observe.

My classes are aimed at persons 16+
Instruction works better face to face, though online (Skype etc) sessions could be arranged.
Instruction is very much student led with ample time to practice. Example lessons by students will be expected and evaluation with a view to giving developmental feedback.
All techniques taught will are backed up by extensive scientific research.
In group sessions extensive peer working will be facilitated
I will be modelling best practice in my own delivery

Details
All students are welcome a a few minutes of my non contact time for free. However work undertaken on behalf of the student, but not with the student, for example assessing and critiquing lesson plans or writing up lesson observations is chargeable at the standard hourly rate.
The first hour of travel (total time out and return) is charged at £10 and hour. I am prepared to travel further but that is charged at the standard hourly rate.
