About Mickael
I have been giving lessons for a year now but have never been using the Superprof platform.
The persons I have trained have been happy with my pedagogical approach, my patience and my ability to push their limits.
I really love this Art and I believe this makes it easier for me to deliver my knowledge.
I have had several training camps at the famous Yokkao gym in Bankgok. I have also trained MMA in Paris and in London in different academies.

Hi Everyone,
Brief description of myself: I have been practicing Martial Arts for the past 10 years, including Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Krav Maga.
The lessons will be broken down as follows:
- Warming up (can include some cardio and muscular strengthening)
- Review of the basics
- Drilling
- Sparring
- And stretching
Must haves:
- Pair of boxing gloves
- Hand wraps to avoid wrist or hand injuries
If you want to spar (not necessary for beginners), you need to have:
- A mouth guard
- A groin guard
- Shin guards
I will be more than happy to guide you through the Art of 8 Limbs in a fun environment. This is a good way to learn a new skill or just to blow some steam off during lockdown #2.
Of course given the situation, lessons are taught outdoors. I am based in Hyde Park but can travel in Central London.

Mickael is a fantastic Muay Thai instructor, I would definitely recommend him. He’s been able to push me through beyond what I thought was all the energy I had. He’s also very proficient technically, he takes the time to explain every move and answer questions, while also letting you blow off some steam. Great instructor!
I had an intro session for beginners; and Mickael has a great approach to training, was very helpful in explaining and teaching me some basics. The session was very interactive and I’ve learnt a lot in an hour. Will definitely sign up for more classes
