About Nicole
I am a student who struggled to learn piano through grades and theory, and instead learnt piano through practical skills that I could transfer to harder pieces later on. I want everyone to see piano as enjoyment and not a chore, and see how amazing of an instrument it is just as I do!

I first teach the basics you need for piano, and I match the pace of my student. Every student wants to learn something different and go a different route, so I customise my teaching to each student, whether it’s classical jazz or pop! After teaching the basic skills needed for piano, I develop their skills further and music theory knowledge by learning songs THEY enjoy, and learning how to make simple sheet music sound extraordinary with their OWN creativity, not someone else’s.
