About Katia
I am certified and a best user of this method. I have suffered from several sports-related injuries, I have been most of my life in physiotherapist's office and osteopath. And though it's very nice to have someone do the work for you, it becomes very costly over time with all these specialists. It's always good to have a few good tricks yourself in your pocket, right!

Stretching may seem futile or even too-easy, why would anyone take a stretching class? Well, most injuries involve soft tissues and muscles. Physiotherapy is treating, intelligent stretching can do very well too and does not cost a thing. Once you know how to do it, no need for tools, you'll be able to stay body-fresh anywhere, anytime. Working long and short chains of muscle is key in maintaining a healthy musculoskeletal system.
