I am a yoga enthusiast. I have always loved practicing yoga since I realized it's potential and it's effectiveness in tackling the problems of our times. This realization pushes me to teach it further and make people get a first hand experience of this great science.

Yoga is taught in a deeper sense. Though it helps to reduce weight and give many other physical benefits, the real benefit lies in diving deeper into the subject and exploring the different dimensions we are gifted with as human beings. I hope to see you in the class soon.
