Yoga is not popular among Indian youth because they don’t know the understand the word health. They do not want to do exercise or any other stuff one of the main reason is growth of smart phone addiction and other being competitive exams where they dont get time to do all these things. they are not aware about yoga that yoga for mere 15–20 min a day which would boost their body energy as well as give them mental stability.
