HI!..I Am Akash & Im 19 years old. I love fitness personally I have gone through weight loss weight gain muscle gain fat loss body recomposition and all experiments.. I have been in the fitness scene for almost 3 years now..And transformed my friends in a way that they have finished their transformations so effortlessly.As I was into Combat sports and eventually fell in love with lifting I came to know this isn’t a One dimensional thing you can enjoy the process and achieve your goals.
