SEBENZILE ZINZISILE GWAMANDA (Online ESL Teacher) I would describe myself as a passionate, hardworking, and devoted ESL teacher who is enthusiastic about working with students of all levels and age groups. I believe that being eager in teaching, friendly and open-minded are my most important characteristics that make me an effective English teacher. I dedicate myself to bringing out the best in all my students and inspiring them to excel in their careers or school through learning English. I have a flexible teaching style that can cater for different students’ needs and abilities. My everyday goal is to have a positive impact on my students. I am an effective communicator, both in writing and verbally and I have a strong ability to plan and organize effectively: something which is crucial to the role of a competent teacher.
