About Nishani
I started tutoring during University in 2013 and have been giving lessons since then. One of my students, who I've been tutoring for 4-5 years, has gained a grade A for her GCSE. I was able to create a great rapport and they had a boost in their confidence level. I have been providing tuition classes on Saturdays at a learning centre for almost 4 years, in which I teach both English and French. I also currently work as a TA in KS2, so I have the knowledge of the primary curriculum and am able to create a learning pack suited to their level. In addition, I provide French lessons aimed towards students at KS3 & GCSE level (SEE OTHER ADVERT).

My teaching method is tailored to each student's needs. The first class typically assesses a student's level and determines how they want to improve and in which way they learn best. Depending on students' level, classes will cover: - Spelling and grammar (SPAG) - Reading comprehension - Language and structure analysis - Exam technique For each lesson, I provide the student with a learning pack which consists of the materials that we used during the live class and some additional tasks that can be completed and returned to me either for a deadline or as a leisurely practice activity. These will be marked by myself and returned/discussed with the student.
