About Holly
Are you a graduate MFT student who's getting ready to take the national licensing exam? Having a hard time understanding family theories, remembering names, or memorizing terms?
I'm an independently licensed marriage & family therapist (LMFT) in private practice for the past 6 years. I additionally have been teaching college classes both for undergrads and graduate students since 2019. I believe that the MFT theories are fascinating, and don't need to feel overwhelming! It's very important to me to support new clinicians as they prepare to enter our much-needed field.

We will review each of the clinical theories (including theories that aren't family systems). We will also work out memory aids (e.g., flash cards, mnemonics, humor, etc.) and identify how YOU learn and retain, so you can strategize to do your very best for the test and become a licensed associate MFT.
I am glad to meet online or in-person at a public place, for 30 minutes or 60 minutes at a time.
