About Aarthi
I am an Economics student at Texas A&M University. A cool fact about me is that I have lived in different countries through my schooling years and now Im in Houston. I have been teaching Economics and Maths for the past 4 years online and face-to-face. I enjoy teaching as it gives me confidence on how strong I am in fields that I am passionate about. I also like the satisfaction from teaching students.

My teaching method is very structured and organized. I try to keep steps simple so that the student and tutor, myself, understand the process while unpacking a topic. Firstly, I ask students what part of a topic they do not understand and why. Then I try to use examples from the real world so that students can relate and find the topic interesting. I also try questioning them after going over a topic to ensure that they have a strong understanding. If such steps don't work out, I am flexible to change my teaching methods according to each student's preference.
