About James
I am a typical professional person who likes to arrive at results with my students. Not before or after. But that doesn't mean we skip on quality learning. It s more of the case we build a dream team who all become driven in a cohesive goal. I tried to engage my students in all decision-making. So that the purpose isn't prejudiced, and we can be sure we are all involved in the outcome. This will be evident from feedbacks from me as to your advancement and improvement.

My teamwork approach is from my Tefl Training and management experience. Here we will build a rapport and in a relaxed climate, learn with confidence to arrive at results together. My aim is to warm up the students with ice breakers. Then to present them to the theme. The next stage is a practice in a more controlled groiup environment. Finally, the production of their learning is usually a chance to use their fluency. 30mins, TS Average age young adults.
