Great nutritionist for cut and bulk diet. I have been getting advice about my diet from Jordan for almost 7 months. Weekly body check and monthly diet changes if needed. I have known him as a great nutritionist . So, Definitely would recommend to get nutritional plan for people who are intermediate or expert gymmer but lack diet knowledge.
