all lesson are around 90min and this is for you to get a proper lesson so you can get a real feel for how these things work
the first part i teach is the psychical health side then the movement, once that is out of the way we can finish off with the cool down of the body
muay thai (more of a workout)
pt1 30min warm up of skipping rope, jogging weight training and body weight exercise ,pt2 30min pad work, partner drills, 30min cool down with some yoga and stretching
tai chi (the focus is more on rehabilitation)
30min warm up with some basic movement, 30min applications of the techniques , 30min cool down with qi gong
30min warm up with strength training and working on the back muscles and how to fall correctly, 30min applications on the techniques , 30min cool down with some meditation
i am the head instructor of the kirigakure ryu
my background started in teakwondo at 5 years old and then moved into yang style tai chi at 14, at 16 i was invited to join the kage ryu jujutsu school for private instruction from a Japanese sword teacher who i have been under for the last years, i am now a 5 dan in jujutsu
at 18 i started muay thai and only this year been certified to teach it
