About Chrishaunna
My name is Chrishaunna Barron and I graduated from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. I started dancing at the age of five and I just can’t stop! I recently served as the head coach of the competing hip hop dance ensemble for a high school. Before that I was teaching modern, heels, and hip hop. I have a background in ballet, jazz, modern, cheer, and contemporary. While attending NC A&T, I danced on the Gospel Choir’s dance team as well as a semi-pro basketball team. I have trained at Dance 411 and even worked there as a teacher for their summer dance camp for youth. I love to dance, it will always be a part of me!

When you take dance class with me you will feel liberated! First, have fun, I know it sounds cliche but seriously! Dance is a form of expression and believe it or not it doesn’t always have to be perfect. I will help ease any doubts you have within while we ease into whatever genre of dance you would prefer. Then, a “can do” attitude is all you need, leave the rest to me! Whether it be hip hop, jazz, or modern, we will find your sweet spot(s).
