About Matej
Hi! I'm Matej, a Macedonian with a passion for Mathematics and Physics. My love for problem-solving has followed me my whole life, from my small city of Skopje to Slovenia and now to the UK. I have done a lot of tutoring up to this point in my life, and I love seeing my tutees grasp concepts they once thought were extremely complicated. In case you are struggling with English, I can speak Macedonian (duh), Serbian, and some Slovenian (B1) and German (B2). Outside the classroom, I actively participate in science competitions and love playing the guitar. I’m here to make Maths and Physics clear, manageable, and even enjoyable.

I approach tutoring with flexibility, tailoring lessons to each student’s unique learning style and pace. We begin by covering the relevant theory from textbooks, ensuring a solid conceptual understanding. Then, we move on to exercises and past paper questions to reinforce learning. I’m always open to questions, no matter how simple or complex, and I provide a range of examples to make challenging concepts easier to grasp. My goal is to foster confidence, deepen understanding, and help students improve in both knowledge and exam technique.
