About Robert
Born and raised in Cape Town, I completed my Bachelor of Science degree at Lynn University in Florida USA, before gaining professional experience in sustainability and climate-related consulting. In 2025, I joined Promethium Carbon as a Carbon Consultant, where my work included climate impact assessments, carbon tax calculations, and supporting clients through technical environmental processes. These responsibilities strengthened my ability to explain complex information clearly, manage multiple tasks at once, and collaborate with diverse groups.
Through these experiences and many more, I recognized that my strengths lie in communication, simplifying technical concepts, and supporting others where I can. I am particularly motivated by the opportunity to contribute to foundational learning, create fun learning environments, and support students in developing strong problem-solving and positive thinking frameworks.

I plan 45-minute lessons with a very hands-on approach. I always hope to engage the student with something relatable and familiar to build on prior knowledge. The best learning can take place in an environment where the learner feels understood and motivated and that is what I intend to create.
