I have been working on my own self-development and fitness as part of my other jobs for years and when I found personal coaching it was the perfect opportunity to bring everything together. Our first session will be on Zoom, we will have the chance to get to know each other and see if we would like to work together and if so what type of plan we need, this session will be an hour or less. Future sessions can be on Zoom or in your home, no travel fee for destinations within 15 mins travel time.
