This course is for anyone seeking a complete yoga experience with respiration (pranayama), yoga poses (asana) and meditation (dhyana). Price is for one to one session, for group sessions please ask.

Daniela is wonderful at making you feel welcome whatever your ability. In my case I need to use a chair and Daniela gives alternatives to me and others who need them. She is very friendly and encouraging but also very knowledgeable helping us understand the benefits of poses and breathing techniques. Highly recommend Daniela as a tutor and her classes.
