Advanced yoga, but not difficult yoga. We got a thorough an exploration of yoga postures, ancient yogic knowledge, breathing and meditation in a gentle yet profound and joyful Masterclass.
The Masterclass is open to everyone who wants to enjoy light and deep yoga.
The course is enjoyed by new beginners as well as long experienced yoga teachers.
