About Laura
I am a King’s College London university graduate, and I loved Sociology in Sixth form, as well as finding it extremely helpful during my first year of Politics BA. I think that the way Sociology was taught to me allowed me to develop skills that I was able to apply at university as well, so I’m eager to help others do the same. I have also always loved tutoring and teaching, and have been doing it since Y13.

The notes I base my lessons upon have been made using multiple Sociology books, and allowed me to get an A in the subject. My teaching method is 2h sessions where I explain key concepts whilst the tutee takes notes, and then repeat the information in their own words afterwards. I find that this method allows the student to start learning the material from the beginning, and I can ensure they understand it.
