About Alessandra
Sporty since I was a child, a former fencing champion, graduated in law from Bocconi ... During university, I decided to invest in my passions, so i studied to become a personal trainer at the PT Italian Academy. Currently, I practice bodybuilding and I have achieved several masters in the field of fitness, specializing in:
- female fat loss,
- body recomposition
- natural bodybuilding
- functional training (free body).
- sports nutrition.
Each of us deserves to feel comfortable in front of the mirror, finding our self-esteem and the pleasure of training and feeling good! All this is possible thanks to a personalized training, tailored for each of us, according to the goals. With the experience I have gained over the years, I will teach you how sport is not the ultimate goal but a wonderful way to improve your psychophysical form, your health and, therefore, your whole life, having fun!

When we talk about method, we always refer to something scientific, that is proven and safe. And this is precisely the approach on which I base my lessons. However, it is not possible to think of applying the same approach to each individual. Therefore, starting from elements common to all (such as attention to posture, safety in athletic gestures, muscle activation, etc.), each workout must be strictly personalized and calibrated to the individual goals and to the different needs of each client.
