She has been teaching in India, Ireland and UK with over 200 + hrs of experience. She is privately assisted 1 person over 3 months suffering from fibromyalgia while conducting classes of 3 to 10 people.

Anyone desiring 1 on 1 yoga sessions, you have come to the right place.
Maryam will guide you through the foundations of Yoga.
She has trained in India following traditional Hatha Yoga guidelines which is fully accredited with yoga alliance UK.
She has taught in India, Ireland & UK.
Her approach is gentle, fun, compassionate & grounding due to her love & passion for yoga.
Her main focus is on tailoring sequences & considering the alignement of the student.
She is now based in Central London. She is willing to travel to your home (zone1 & 2) or you can visit her in the city of London at a studio.
