She has taught in India, Ireland & UK.
Her approach is gentle, fun, compassionate & grounding due to her love & passion for yoga.
Her main focus is on tailoring sequences & considering the alignement of the student.
She is now based in Central London. She is willing to travel to your home (zone1 & 2) or you can visit her in the city of London at a studio.
