About Lakshitha
I am a 3rd DAN black belt in Kyokushin Karate and an All India Champion with 5 years of experience in training students of all age groups. I specialize in teaching kids, women, and beginners, focusing on real self-defense, discipline, and mental strength. My training style is structured, traditional, and empowering, helping students build confidence, physical fitness, and focus through the spirit of martial arts. Karate is not just a sport — it’s a way of life I’m passionate about sharing.

I offer Kyokushin Karate classes focused on building strength, discipline, and self-defense skills. These sessions are suitable for kids, women, and adults — from beginners to advanced learners. Training includes warm-ups, basic to advanced techniques, kata, sparring, and real-world self-defense application. Each class is designed to improve fitness, confidence, focus, and mental toughness. Taught by a 3rd DAN black belt and national champion, the training is structured, serious, and empowering.

1 hour • Fee per session: ₹750 •
Weekly (3 sessions): ₹2,250 •
Monthly (12 sessions): ₹9,000
Each session includes warm-up, technique practice, kata, and self-defense drills. Belt grading preparation and competition training are also provided. All students are trained under professional guidance in a safe and disciplined environment. Advance booking is recommended to reserve your batch.
