Happy day,
I'm a Vipassana Meditation & Pranayama tutor and a lifestyle coach. My sessions will be either one-to-one or group depending on the student's convenience and will be curated to solve specific problems for the student like anxiety, stress, sleeping troubles, weight loss, etc.
Your sessions with me will have a clear roadmap for you and you will see yourself cross milestones and achieve progress one step after the other. My sessions are based on holistic wellness and will concentrate on leading a balanced life on all aspects - I call them the six F's - Family, Finance, Fun, Fitness, Friends & Faith.
Whatever your goal is, the approach will be systematic, customised and easy to follow.
