About Ajaypal
I am an engineer and an entrepreneur. I learnt Yoga in Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, New Delhi, India. I have been practicing Yoga for over 2 years.
I have lived on 4 continents and worked as a defense scientist, healthcare entrepreneur and founded a services company. Yoga really helped me stay in shape and I believe in it as a spiritual activity, not related to any religion.

I follow the steps which are taught to me.
We start with the Shanti Mantra (optional)
Then we start with Micro exercises to get your body heated up.
Then we move to the Asanas and do one by one for different body parts
Then we do the meditation/Breathing exercises.
We keep on ramping up the effort with every class.

Details
I travel by Public Transport/Cab and will usually travel upto 30 min one side. Also, if the student cancels 24 hours in advance, I will refund full money (single class) or rest of the money (for package). After that, there will be no refunds.
