About Lluc
My name is Lluc, I am 26 years old and I have been training for almost a decade. In a world where media and advertising fill the world of fitness with buzzwords, diets and alternative nonsense, we must learn to choose our sources of information. I offer, therefore, a return to the basic and effective principles of weight loss, muscle gain and strength increase, always with your feet on the ground.

First of all, we are going to define a clear and achievable goal (muscle, lose weight, strength...) and then we are going to inform you of everything you need to know regarding training, nutrition and physiology to achieve it. We are going to break myths and simplify as much as necessary to reach the desired result in the most effective way without complicating life. During the training, we will adapt to the specific needs of your body and we will improvise to choose the exercises that best suit you, as well as the best way to execute them. Little by little we will discover the perfect routine for you based on trying and learning.
