About Shanas
I'm passionate about changing lives for the better when it comes to fitness and well being.
I have multiple degrees in computer science, data science and physics. I have a very busy work life as I'm an Engineer in a critical role. This makes me the perfect person to understand and develop your training and nutrition needs to maintain during your already active life.

Fitness is about happiness and well being. Two fronts to tackle on physical and mental.
My ideas are clear. Have a conversation with you about your goals, create a plan including training and nutrition, set targets and help you achieve those targets.
Weight loss is not rocket science and trust me I've got a physics degree as well. It's just understanding how much and what to eat and how to train. It doesn't have to be gruesome, working out can be fun. We just have to crunch some numbers and figure out a personalised plan for you.
